The first research manuscript of Ruan Lab is accepted by Human Genetics (First Author, Dr. Jaso Vera). We provided the first example of a non-coding genetic variant contribute to blood lipids by regulating the human liver-specific gene, hLMR1. We thank Dr. Rebecca Andersen for the invitation and help in the process.
